What is special about this Pillow? Is this pillow not too high for kids?

These 2 Pillows are made with 300T Cotton and filled with 100% Down Alternative fill. The high thread count makes the pillow safe to use even without a pillowcase. All our pillows have lesser than usual fill to make sure it comfortable for kids.
