How to Use
Step 1: Wash your hands before start. Fill the nasal irrigation up to the fill line (240ml) with lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled water.
Step 2: Add a packet of nasal wash salt (2.16g) pour into the water. Tighten water tank and then shake the nose cleaner gently to dissolve the mixture.
Step 3: Choose the correct size nozzle, then install the nozzle with the top of main unit by insert it.
Step 4: Lean over the sink, looking down, keep your mouth open to breath. Then aim the nozzle to your nostril, choose the pressure mode, start rinsing.
