Does the indoor fly zapper need to be plugged in or is it rechargeable?
The indoor fly zapper needs to be plugged in with its UK 3-pin plug. The input voltage is 230V/50Hz AC.
What pests does the fly killer kill?
The fly killer will zap any flying insect that is attracted to UV light such as flies, fruit flies, mosquitoes, wasps, gnats, moths etc.
How can I tell if the black bulb is working as it’s invisible?
The black UV spectrum is largely invisible to the human eye, only partially visible in total dark environment. You can check if it’s working by using the UV test card included in the box.
How long is the fly catcher’s cord?
It’s about 1.5 m / 5 ft long.
How long do the bulbs last?
The bulbs should last at least 6 months depending on use. We recommend changing the bulb every 6 months for maximum performance. 2 extra replacement bulbs are included in the bug zapper box.
Can the fly trap be used outdoors?
The fly trap is for indoor use such as bedrooms, kitchens etc. If you need to use it outdoors like garden, balcony or patio, please make sure it doesn’t get wet.
