XPEDITION 2 i-Size is the successor to the iconic XPEDITION car seat by Kinderkraft. This multi-functional 4-in-1 car seat is designed for children measuring 40–150 cm (0–36 kg/from birth to approximately 12 years). It meets the latest R129 i-Size car seat standard, and has been tested under stringent conditions in crash tests.
This is a swivel car seat – the EASY SPIN 360° system allows you to quickly and easily turn the car seat to face the door, making it easier for you to put your little one in and secure them with the five-point safety harness. You can also quickly change between the RWF and FWF positions without needing to uninstall and re-install the entire car seat in the car.
It’s equipped with two advanced safety systems for even better protection for your youngster when travelling. The H-GUARD+ system is a three-layer, reinforced headrest with memory foam that absorbs the energy generated in the event of a collision, not allowing the full force to reach the child. The memory foam in the headrest ensures comfort and safety for your little passenger, and remains flexible and elastic for a long time without deforming during use. The XPEDITION 2 i-Size car seat also features the SPS system, which is high, reinforced side protection that increases protection for your child in side-on collisions. It eliminates excessive force of impact, and disperses the forces acting on the car seat to better protect the head, neck and shoulders of your youngster.
XPEDITION 2 also features the ERGO PAD insert with the AIR FLOW system. It enables the correct positioning of the child’s body when in the car seat, ensuring comfort. The AIR FLOW system provides air flow when travelling on hot days. The insert is designed for children up to 60 cm tall – at the same time, it’s another layer that disperses the force of impact before it reaches the child in a collision.
The XPEDITION 2 i-Size car seat is installed using ISOFIX and TOP TETHER. In looking after the environment and ensuring parents’ comfort, you have quick access to an electronic user manual – it’s available in the form of QR codes on the seat shell.
XPEDITION 2 i-Size guarantees comfort and convenience – when it’s time to secure your little one with the car’s three-point seat belt, put the internal safety harness away in the car seat’s compartment. You’ll certainly love the easily removable and washable padding, as well as the ventilated shell, which ensures air flow for your child on hot days.

PRACTICAL: the car seat also features ventilation holes in the shell to ensure additional air flow on hot days, guaranteeing comfort. And when it’s time to secure your little one with the car seat belt, you can put the internal safety harness away without needing to remove it from the car seat.
COMFORTABLE: the car seat’s headrest has seven adjustment options, and the EASY GROW SYSTEM allows you to adjust the headrest and internal safety harness at the same time. The car seat comes with an insert for children up to 60 cm, which ensures proper posture. Thanks to the RECLINING function, you can adjust the angle of incline of the car seat to older children in one of four positions using one hand.
SAFE: enables easy installation using ISOFIX and the car’s TOP TETHER strap. The car seat features an internal five-point safety harness with soft pads and a crotch cover. It also has dedicated safety systems: the three-layer H-GUARD+ headrest with memory foam and reinforced, tall SPS side protection. The entire structure protects your child in the event of a collision.
SWIVEL: EASY SPIN 360° allows you to quickly and easily swivel the car seat to face the door to make it easier to put your child in and secure them with the internal safety harness. Thanks to EASY SPIN 360°, you can also change the position from RWF to FWF without needing to remove and reinstall the entire car seat in the car.
