Description:
Regarding charging and lighting, we present the charging cable, the charging port and switch are under the Velcro. You can use a mobile phone charger base or a computer USB interface to charge the shoes. Generally, it takes two to three hours to fully charge. The lights of the shoes will flicker when charging, so don’t worry. The lamp can be used for three hours after fully charged.

Q1: After I received the goods, the shoes did not light up, what’s the matter?
A: Our shoes are fully charged and checked before leaving the warehouse. However, during transportation, the switch may be accidentally touched, causing the shoes to run out of power. Just fully charge it.
Q2: I can’t find where the charging port is?
A: The charging port is under the Velcro, you can see it by opening the Velcro.
Q3: I lack accessories after I received the shoes.
