These soft leather baby and toddler shoes are perfect for little ones on the move. It is recommended that babies and toddlers wear soft leather shoes . Toddlers who are just finding their feet will benefit from soft leather shoes as the soft soles allow their feet to feel the floor beneath them and naturally strengthen their feet. High quality leather is also beneficial for babies as they are breathable and lightweight. Babies feet sweat twice as much as adults so it’s important that they have breathable shoes to ensure that they are comfortable. The elasticated ankle on all our soft leather baby shoes prevents the shoes from falling off, no more lost socks or shoes!
It is best to spot clean the shoes with a damp sponge or a baby wipe. The suede soles can be brushed up with a suede brush. It is best to brush the suede slippers with a suede brush, this will loosen surface dirt and brush up the pile. Some of our customers have put them in the washing machine and say they come out fine but we can’t recommend this! After all – they are a leather/suede shoe and we wouldn’t put ours in the washing machine! If you did do this I can imagine that the leather would be a bit stiff once dried out, but I guess it would soften up with wear. There could also be colour loss – so only do this at your own risk!
