From bouncer to chair

You can use the product as a bouncer until your child weighs 9 kg or starts trying to sit up. Remember to keep your baby under constant supervision, to use the safety harness and to double-check that the buttons are locked (you can choose between two positions) when using the product as a baby bouncer. When your child has learned to walk and sit down unaided, simply turn the fabric seat around and use the product as a comfy children’s chair. It can be used as a chair until your child weighs 29 lbs/13 kg.

Does my baby get the correct support in a bouncer from BabyBjörn?

Our bouncers have an ergonomic design that provides the optimal support to your baby’s back, neck and head. The fitted fabric seat distributes your baby’s weight evenly, and the bouncer’s three different positions mean that you can adjust it as your baby grows.

Is the baby bouncer easy to take with you?

Yes, Bouncer Balance Soft is lightweight and easy to fold up. You can move it around your home or take it with you to dinner at a friend’s house (when folded up, the bouncer fits perfectly in the basket under your pram).

Can you change the fabric seat?

Yes, the fabric seat is very easy to attach and remove. This is ideal if you need to wash it (all of our fabric seats are machine washable) or want to give your bouncer a makeover with a new colour or fabric.

How long can I use Bouncer Balance Soft?

Bouncer Balance Soft can be used from newborn and up to the age of 2 years. In the earlymonths, until your baby starts trying to situp, you can use it as a bouncer. You can then use the bouncer as a comfortable child seat by simply reversing the fabric seat.
