The Stork Drop baby pillow
The invention of the Stork Drop baby pillow came out of a strong desire to assist with natural skull development in infants and newborn babies, whilst at the same time offering parents safety and comfort for their child.
By working with Paediatricians we created a pillow that allows your infant’s head to be gently cradled, thereby reducing pressure on that area. The recessed part of the pillow moulds to the expected round shape of your baby’s head. This is key to overcoming Flat Head Syndrome (Plagiocephaly) in newborn babies.
Breathability
Thanks to the built-in breathable technology of our pillow your baby stays cool and comfortable whilst sleeping. The 3D air mesh on the underside of the pillow allows air particles to pass through which helps regulate your child’s breathing and prevents any risk of suffocation.
Heat and moisture are drawn away by the pockets in the mesh which in turn improves your baby’s sleeping pattern. The air mesh side can even be used as the front side during warmer months so our pillow has the option of being reversible too.
Our newborn flat head baby pillow is compatible with baby nest pods and works alongside baby tummy time sessions
The front of our head shaping pillow is manufactured using 100% organic cotton. This not only provides a comfortable experience for your baby, but also means they won’t suffer any allergies or skin irritation as a result of the material used.
A feature of our pillow is the adjustable height so you can support your baby’s neck as they grow. The cotton filling can be redistributed around the pillow by using fingers and thumbs so that where your baby’s neck lies they can continue to remain comfortable when resting or sleeping. The raised height can also help with acid reflux issues too.
The Stork Drop baby pillow is completely machine washable and its durable design means you can even tumble dry it too (*on a low heat setting)
