Time/alarm settings can be saved when there is a power failure or temporary power failure of the built-in battery. (When powered by USB alone, there is no time for memory function after power off.)
USB/Battery Powered: This LED clock can be powered by a USB cable (included) and 3 AAA batteries (not included). The screen stays on when plugged in. When battery powered, the screen will turn off after 8 seconds of no activity (automatically enters power saving mode), you can tap on the top button to wake up the screen display.
